At Al-Shahd Al-Malaki, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality natural honey products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
Eligible Products for Return and Exchange:

- Non-conforming products
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt
- A clear photo of the product and the reason for the return or exchange request must be provided.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased under special offers
- Products that were improperly stored
- Products that were improperly stored after receipt
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition and securely packaged as received by the customer, without being opened or used.
- Return or exchange requests will not be accepted after the specified period (from 24 hours to 3 days).
- The customer has the right to cancel the order only before shipping. Cancellation is not allowed after the order has been shipped.
- Proof of purchase (invoice number or order number) must be provided.
- The customer shall bear the shipping fees if the reason for return is not related to product quality.
